Shipping & Delivery Policy
All books and physical products on our store are printed on demand and fulfilled via our production partner, Lulu Publishing. 
  • Production & Printing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and packaged before it is shipped. Hardcover books may occasionally require extra binding time. 
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your book is printed and leaves the facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking links to update. 
  • Return & Refund Policy
    Because our books are custom printed-on-demand for each order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or formatting choices made by the buyer. All sales are final.
    Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly arrange a free replacement copy at no cost to you.
    • You must notify us within 30 days of the order's shipment date.
    • Please email us your order number alongside clear digital photographs showing the issue/damage. Once verified, a replacement order will be pushed to the printer immediately.
