Print-on-Demand Books

Our books are printed and shipped through Lulu, a trusted print-on-demand service. This means each book is printed especially for you once your order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Because our books are printed on demand, all book sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or incorrect selections.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Defective Books

We want your books to arrive in excellent condition!

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or includes an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of the shipment date.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage or printing error

We will review your request and work with Lulu to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because books are sent for printing shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once your order enters production, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
